Attractive and Sturdy
We are very pleased with the Zest Caroline Companion Seat. We haven't used it yet as we will paint it first but it looks attractive and very sturdy.

solid well constructed pice of outdoor furniture
I bought this has a Christmas present . Overall the wood type used is excellent however the construction proved much more tedious and time consuming (over 1.5 hour to assemble) . For example the long screw fixings require an Allan key which was not supplied with the pack . The screws were over 4 inch long but had very small heads meaning also a small Alan key meaning the effort required to turn when over half way in was so immense we had to wear thick gloves as pressure on hands was too much with such a thin shank on the Allan key. Also when fitting the 2 tables between the chairs we found there were no pilot holes for the screws and we had to hold the tables and drill our own holes - again screw heads too small for the length of screw provide making requiring a lot of effort to get screws fully in. Just need bigger heads on all screws provided to make task easier and quicker and pilot holes should be made for all screws.

Nice - eventually!
Overall I’m happy with the chairs though we have required 3 new parts because of broken/ shoddy workmanship. BUT Robert Dyas was quick to sort the problem and we now have a pleasant addition to our garden seating.

This product is delivered by our approved supplier.
Delivery is FREE on all orders. UK Mainland only.
This product cannot be delivered to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight.
Some larger products are delivered to kerb-side (the street outside your home).
From time to time orders can experience delays in courier networks. Due to this, we would strongly advise against booking any third parties to build / install your item until you are in receipt of your goods. Garden Centre is unable to compensate for any costs to third parties.
Returns
In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods, and then a further fourteen (14) days to return the item to us. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes Outdoor Spas
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Grsden Centre, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Garden Centre Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
