Crafted from 12mm shiplap boards, the summerhouse comes in a honey brown timber basecoat, ready for your choice of topcoat. Built with robust 34mm square framing and high-grade certified northern European pine, it ensures durability. The 12mm tongue and groove timber floor and roof add to its sturdy construction. Secure your belongings with a padbolt on the shed door and a traditional gate latch on the summerhouse. All necessary fixings, mineral roof felt, and assembly instructions are included. Consider roof overhang and access for painting during installation.
After ordering, select your preferred delivery day via a provided link, with live tracking available on the day. Ensure a flat, level base for assembly, as grass, soil, or gravel are unsuitable. Note that imperial dimensions are approximate and for guidance only.

Summer house and shed review.
Some of the panels were warped, and so didn't snugly fit together. Also the roof panel for the shed hadn't been properly attached to the baton at one corner, so it raises slightly. I had to really hold it down while screwing to get it anything near flush.
I'm pretty sure two of the smallest bots of wood (which hold up the central beam in the summer house) weren't included in the kit, so I had to use another bit of wood I had kicking around for that.
Both buildings look nice now they're up, and I hope they'll last a good long while!

Delivery is FREE on all orders. UK Mainland only.
This product cannot be delivered to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight.
Some larger products are delivered to kerb-side (the street outside your home).
From time to time orders can experience delays in courier networks. Due to this, we would strongly advise against booking any third parties to build / install your item until you are in receipt of your goods. Garden Centre is unable to compensate for any costs to third parties.
Returns
In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods, and then a further fourteen (14) days to return the item to us. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes Outdoor Spas
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Grsden Centre, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Garden Centre Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
