Good quality shed.
Very pleased with my shed. Very sturdy and it arrived strapped together very securely. Easy to assemble and looks great.
The only small fault was the website doesn’t make it clear that someone has to be home to receive the shed if a safe delivery place is not available

A great little shed
Arrived true to delivery estimate on website (something I had struggled with on other sites, which ultimately made me choose Robert Dyas). The shed is good quality and value for money and appeared to come with extra screws and fittings, should you need them. I can't comment on how easy it was to assemble, as out builders did that for us however I didn't hear any complaining. The only issues I would bring up was that whoever packaged it onto the pallet for shipping was a bit trigger-happy with their drill which made some of the screws difficult to remove to unpack the various parts. Very happy and it looks superb!

This product is delivered by our approved supplier.
Delivery is FREE on all orders. UK Mainland only.
This product cannot be delivered to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight.
Some larger products are delivered to kerb-side (the street outside your home).
From time to time orders can experience delays in courier networks. Due to this, we would strongly advise against booking any third parties to build / install your item until you are in receipt of your goods. Garden Centre is unable to compensate for any costs to third parties.
Returns
In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods, and then a further fourteen (14) days to return the item to us. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes Outdoor Spas
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Grsden Centre, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Garden Centre Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
