With a few additions it is great just doors need s
I have had it one month I have added a few items to make it great but doors need slight adjustment to allow them to close properly

My Bar
I bought this summerhouse to convert to a bar.
I had the floor re enforced with OSB as the original is very thin
I also had the roof done in rubber as the felt was very thin that came with it.
More roof struts were also added to stop the roof sagging
Had problem with rain coming in through doors so put a guttering on to prevent this
If you are willing to spend on extras then all in all this is a good summerhouse for the price although the price as risen significantly since I got mine in February.

Slight minor damage on delivery to slay on front edge, easily sorted ourselves but driver was very efficient and reported the damage. I received an email from Mercia same day apologising and to arrange replacement parts. Excellent customer service and product too

Budget priced summer house
Design of the summer house needs changing ie to include more roof support struts! This would make the shed more sturdy.

Fantastic product once arrived , I bought on a Sunday 25th and didn’t expect next day delivery as was a weekend, but the conformation email I got stated that it would arrive the next day on Monday 26th , , product didn’t come , emailed Robert dyas they told me quite rudely that I ordered on Sunday so next day delivery was Tuesday , explained email confirmation stated it was arriving Monday they then apologised and said we will have our team look at why that happened that was on 27th Oct it’s now 6th Nov heard nothing and don’t think I’m likely to

Delivery is FREE on all orders. UK Mainland only.
This product cannot be delivered to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight.
Some larger products are delivered to kerb-side (the street outside your home).
From time to time orders can experience delays in courier networks. Due to this, we would strongly advise against booking any third parties to build / install your item until you are in receipt of your goods. Garden Centre is unable to compensate for any costs to third parties.
Returns
In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods, and then a further fourteen (14) days to return the item to us. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes Outdoor Spas
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Grsden Centre, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Garden Centre Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
