Absolutely awful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Purchased this and it arrived without any instructions or fittings. Had to go through a fairly frustrating process or raising a ticket to log the problem. After about two weeks, eventually got instructions and fittings. After a further three weeks when eventually had time to put it together, the instructions are ludicrous. There are no pre-drilled holes but you are expected to fit two pieces of wood together with long screws. The wood has splits in and the instructions are the vaguest I have ever seen. I am very capable of this sort of DIY but I am now going to ask for a refund as is job I could do without!!!!!!!!!!! I never write reviews but have today

No fittings, no response, no more patience!!Waited 3 weeks for delivery. No nuts and bolts, just the wood, waited 3+ hours on hold over 4 attempted calls. No luck on online chat. No reply to emails. Left with a pile of expensive wood and now have to pay extra to source the screws. Rubbish rubbish rubbish.

Still no fixing kit!This arrived on 25th March. Having been told 6.30am-7am delivery, if I wasn’t there to leave a signed note, I replied to the text I would be up. By 8am I went out to look and it had arrived but the doorbell had not been rung, well worth the early rise!
Later in the day I discovered there were no nuts, bolts screws, hinges or anything needed to put together the wooden components. After many emails some were sent, the pack was so flimsy there was only one bolt and fastener left inside. I said I would like a refund and them take it back as I waited another 5 days for these to arrive. I am being sent replacements apparently!!!!!

Terrible customer serviceMy order was delivered in a week. Before I took off the delivery straps I could see that a side panel was broken. Opened the package and found the top panel split. Also no metal work at all was with the order ( hinges, bolts, chain, screws, handle or lock) On order form I was advised to contact the carrier if any problems. I phoned them and they agreed that a refund was required, but this would have to be with Robert Dyas. Sent pictures and details of missing metal work. I had a reply to say that the green colour was part of the wood treatment ! I had never mentioned the colour ! Obviously none had looked at the photos or read my comments. Several e mails and phone calls dealing with different individuals. Resulted in having to wait 2 weeks for the item to be collected before a refund could be processed.
I took time off to put this together, and have wasted hours in correspondence. Today I have an email to say my refund is being processed. I won’t be holding my breath. Robert dyas are very good at taking my money and delivering a product. They have no quality control and are useless at handling a genuine complaint.

Some larger products are delivered to kerb-side (the street outside your home).
From time to time orders can experience delays in courier networks. Due to this, we would strongly advise against booking any third parties to build / install your item until you are in receipt of your goods. Garden Centre is unable to compensate for any costs to third parties.

Returns
In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods, and then a further fourteen (14) days to return the item to us. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
Customised or bespoke Products
Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes Outdoor Spas
Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Grsden Centre, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Garden Centre Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
