Great product
I had been looking on line for a small garden bench for sometime and have to say I was really pleased I decided on this one Very sturdy and well constructed seasoned wood it was delivered ready assembled and fitted well into the limited space in my small garden. A great product.

Great Bench & Superb Delivery
We are really pleased with the bench, an excellent item and asset to our recently transformed garden. The delivery was superb, we have no access to the back garden but through the house which the bench would not fit through the doors whole. (Please note it DOES come fully assembled not ready for assembly as is described). The driver happily removed the legs (just a few bolts) and then reconstructed in the garden. Many thanks

I bought this two seater bench a couple of weeks ago and was pleased with the quality already assembled and came with cushions and cover and hopefully if it stops raining I will be able to sit out in it !

Delivery
This product is delivered by our approved supplier.
Delivery is FREE on all orders. UK Mainland only.
This product cannot be delivered to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight.
Some larger products are delivered to kerb-side (the street outside your home).
From time to time orders can experience delays in courier networks. Due to this, we would strongly advise against booking any third parties to build / install your item until you are in receipt of your goods. Garden Centre is unable to compensate for any costs to third parties.
Returns
In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods, and then a further fourteen (14) days to return the item to us. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes Outdoor Spas
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Grsden Centre, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Garden Centre Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
