Excellent service and product competitively priced
This is my second Palram Mythos greenhouse and can't believe I got this for £100 less than the original, excellent competitive pricing. Delivery was prompt with great comms from delivery service. The Greenhouse was well packed, the instructions are mainly in picture form but really is a simple construction process, just get the base level at the start and the corner to corner measurements are the same (see the instructions) I'm replacing an old greenhouse and just use foot square flags cemented into the corners of the frame to secure to ground which is flagged also, delighted thank you!

My greenhouse!
My husband brought me this greenhouse for my birthday and as a project to do with our children during lockdown! We went for plastic instead of glass as we have a 10 year old boy who loves football and thought this may end in disaster! I’m really pleased with my greenhouse! It took my son and husband about 9 hours to get it up and finished and we now have a selection of seeds starting to sprout! I do think we need to invest in a strap to hold it down during winds as it’s ok now but fear it may move it get damaged in the winter winds. Great customer service and delivery! Especially during covid19! Thanku!

Fantastic Greenhouse
Although it was not that easy to put together, quite fiddly but to be fair I have never been good a putting things together so really proud that I managed this. The result was brilliant the quality is really good and the price was great. Would definitely recommend this as a good greenhouse to grow your fruit, veg and flowers in, it has been up just under a week now and already the seeds are starting to show!!!

Excellent Good Value Greenhouse
I ordered this during lockdown and it came within a week.
Detailed instructions, all pictures, but easy to follow, took a whole day 7 to 8 hours to assemble. Finished result is excellent, good quality. Very happy with it.

Bought this during lockdown. Instruction manual daunting but absolutely brilliant. Details
of joints, etc. invaluable. Mostly on my own but the wife helped with minor items. The
frame, plastic and accessories all to a high standard with no missing parts.

Great value for money! Just what I needed.
Not the easiest to put together, but if you take your time and follow the instructions you'll be fine. You will need an extra pair of hands at times. Don't tighten the screws at first as this will make your job easier later. Make sure you level the base before you start.

This product cannot be delivered to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight.
Some larger products are delivered to kerb-side (the street outside your home).
From time to time orders can experience delays in courier networks. Due to this, we would strongly advise against booking any third parties to build / install your item until you are in receipt of your goods. Garden Centre is unable to compensate for any costs to third parties.
Returns
In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods, and then a further fourteen (14) days to return the item to us. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes Outdoor Spas
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Grsden Centre, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Garden Centre Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
