He offered to call me back on not one but two occassions and did so within five minutes. In fact, whilst I was waiting for him to call back I found the same mower on another website for some £50 less. I decided to place the order with you because of your excellent service. I run a large company based in the US and UK. I have around 1000 staff and I know the value that great customer service has.
